He is a founding partner of the firm H A B and Co, bringing a wealth of expertise in Direct Taxation, Finance, and Financial Projections & Analysis. Having commenced his career in accounting and taxation in 2013, Prashant’s diverse and extensive experience has shaped him into a well-rounded professional who consistently adds significant value to businesses.
He is a Certified IND AS Practitioner and has successfully completed the Certificate Course in Artificial Intelligence for Chartered Accountants (AICA-1), equipping him with advanced knowledge in financial reporting and the integration of emerging technologies within the accounting domain. CA Shridhar Bhat is a highly accomplished Chartered Accountant, having qualified at the age of 22. With over a decade of experience in finance, he has built a strong expertise in corporate finance, taxation, and financial advisory.
His career began in 2014, and after earning his Chartered Accountant qualification in 2018, he worked as a Finance Analyst at a Fortune 500 company, directly reporting to the India CFO. During this tenure, he gained hands-on experience in corporate finance, financial strategy, and business planning.
As a seasoned professional in taxation, he has assisted numerous High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), and foreign individuals in tax planning and compliance in India.
